HELP cant figure it out?

I'm only making half the boost and the car dies repeatedly, I got a MAF yesterday and pop it in and everything seemed new till a WOT run on the freeway then this all happened!!!

If it hapenned after the MAF install then disconnect the MAF wait for the check engine light and go do a run to see if its still doing it.

would the MAF cause half the boost as normal though?

Sounds more like a vacuum leak somewhere, spray some carb cleaner or something all around the engine while it is running and see where you spay it to make the rpm's change.

I used more then half a can of starter fluid all over the vacuum lines and connections no change in the RPMs! I unpluged the MAF and still only 4 to 5 lbs of boost at WOT I get 10 maybe 11 lbs of boost normally.

SC belt may be slipping? I know you checked it but it is hard to tell if it is slipping by just looking at the belt.

I check all the pulleys and they seemed fine to me and my friend, he even watched the belt while i reved it. ok so I was told that with a 3.4 I can run a stock size belt is this true?

4 to 5 pounds of boot sound like the boost bypass valve is open. Check your BBV connections and try it again.

What do you mean by bypassed the BBV? Did you take off the electrical connection to the solenoid?

took the vacuum line off the top and caped it so the BBV stayed wide open
