I am not sure if we will be creating a separate set of forms for the 04+ GP's yet. We are not a very large community here yet with only about 3050 members and most of which are not active. So as of right now I think we will stay with the all years are covered through our existing forums setup.

Everyone has to realize that the more I add to the site the more server space it takes up so that is the reason behind that decision. I mean what would the purpose be if you only had a couple people in there and thats it?

ClubGP and OQCGP both have different sections, but they are grand prix forums.......

We are a GTP forum that specializes in GTP's and just so happen to have a few great guys with GTX's GXP's and a few other special run Grand Prix's. That's what sets us apart from the others. We are the specialty group, not just a range of years.

I think mainly would be nice to let those with the 04+ gp that instead of going with a 3.4 setup to do a 3.5. For a newbie with a 04+ seeing everyone talking about the 3.4 setup to go off and do it to theres thinking they are doing everything right instead of knowing all the facts, that section would help them out a lot.

Your right it would be nice wouldn't it? But its still like I had stated, as of right now we will not be adding any 04+ specific forums to the site becaus of our membership size and the lack of server space. I don't know the size of the server yet but I just want to be cautious.

Could you maybe make a sticky for "First Read Thread 04+ GTPs"

That is something that all of the moderators would need to come up with. I myself think its not really worth it since there are only a couple members with 04+ cars. I know what you are trying to do is keep the newbe's from doing anything wrong but maybe some alterations to the existing "read first thread" to accommodate the 04+ also.
